My inspections cover all major systems and components of your home including the foundation, roof, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. From the exterior to the interior, I provide an unbiased snapshot in time as to the condition of the property.

Per the EPA, Radon is the leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S. for non smokers.
In 1991 the EPA and the Surgeon General declared Radon a CLASS A Carcinogen and recommended testing every American household every two years. This recommendation is still in place today.

Having been responsible for and having passed 1000's of code inspections over the years, I offer my customers unbiased inspections and reports on any and all phases of construction to include:
Pre slab/foundation - Soils Plumbing - Frame - Electrical rough in - Plumbing top out - Insulation - Drywall - Grading and Drainage - Final Inspections

I can provide my customers with an in person, homeowner focused, custom-tailored orientation of their new home.
By dedicating time aside of an inspection, I pass on knowledge, which translates to reassurance. I genuinely enjoy teaching people how and why a home works and functions as it does.
I walk the entirety of the property with the customer and discuss components in depth and answer questions along the way.
I cover the entire home including major systems, their operation and manufacturer recommended maintenance. In addition, I provide our customers with a point of contact for questions in the future. I take the time; I answer the questions

This allows my customers to make an educated decision.
My reports are easy to read and include detailed descriptions and photos of any issues found during the inspection.

I remain licensed and insured to provide customers with peace of mind. I adhere to industry standards and best practices to ensure a thorough and accurate inspection or test.
In addition to maintaining State Licensure, I am constantly acquiring new and up to date Knowledge and Skill in all aspects of construction through Continuing Education.
